Delete Your MyCityRide Account
You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app or by sending us a request.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the MyCityRide or MyCityRide Driver app and log in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on all phones. If a ride is in progress, finish or cancel it first.
What is deleted
- Your name, e-mail and profile details (passenger and driver)
- Driver details: date of birth, address, licence number, Aadhaar last four digits
- Driver KYC documents and photos, and vehicle details
- Your phone number is removed from the account, and all logins are ended
What is kept
Records of past rides, payments and Driver Pass purchases are kept without your name or phone number, for legal, tax and safety reasons. You can sign up again later with the same number as a new user.
Request deletion
Can't open the app? Send a request and our team will delete the account after confirming it belongs to you (we may call or message the number).
