How MyCityRide Works

A simple flow for passengers booking a ride, and for drivers joining the platform.

For passengers

Set Your Pickup

Choose your current location, search a place or pick a point on the map.

Choose Destination

Enter where you want to go. You see the distance and an estimated fare.

Get Your Ride

A nearby available driver accepts. You see their name, rating and vehicle number and can track them.

Ride & Pay

Share the start code, ride to your destination and pay the driver in cash or by UPI. Then rate your ride.

For drivers

  2. Submit KYC
  3. Add Vehicle
  4. Admin Verification
  5. Activate Driver Pass
  6. Go Online
  7. Start Receiving Rides

A driver can receive rides only after the MyCityRide team approves their documents and vehicle, and while a Driver Pass is active. Read the full driver guide.

Your City is Just a Ride Away

Booking happens in the MyCityRide Android app. Drivers use the separate MyCityRide Driver app.
