MyCityRide is a local ride-booking platform. Passengers book rides from the MyCityRide app and nearby verified drivers receive the request in the MyCityRide Driver app.

MyCityRide is currently serving Baramati, Maharashtra. More cities will be added over time.

Open the MyCityRide app, set your pickup point, enter your destination and check the estimated fare. Tap Book Ride and a nearby available driver accepts your request. Share the 4-digit start code with the driver when the ride begins.

Install the MyCityRide Driver app, log in with your mobile number, fill in your profile, licence and vehicle details, upload your documents and submit them for verification. After approval, activate a Driver Pass and go online to start receiving ride requests.

A valid driving licence, Aadhaar card, vehicle RC, vehicle insurance, permit and a clear photo of yourself. Only the last four digits of your Aadhaar number are stored.

The Driver Pass gives a driver access to ride requests for 24 hours from activation. The current pass price is shown in the Driver App. If a pass ends during a ride, the ride continues normally.

No. Under the current Driver Pass model there is no per-ride platform commission. Drivers pay only for the Driver Pass.

Passengers pay the driver directly at the end of the ride, in cash or by UPI to the driver. The driver confirms the payment in the Driver App.

Yes, you can cancel from the app before the ride starts. There is currently no cancellation fee. Repeatedly cancelling after a driver is already on the way may pause booking on your account for a short time.
